Birdseye wanted to increase awareness for the launch of their Bundle Promotion, featuring Garden Peas, Potato Waffles, Omega 3 Fish Fingers, Breaded Chicken Nuggets, Chicken with Cheese & Ham, and Mini Chicken Fillets. The Garden Peas were a key focus leading up to Christmas, while the other SKUs were marketed for the Back to School period. Morrisons Media approached this campaign by using TMP Shopper Visual Units (VU), which allow for customers to add bundles to their basket with one click. All of the banners were displayed on high zone locations throughout Morrisons.com.

The Garden Peas Shopper VUs were placed on 199 locations to drive awareness for the seasonal demand for vegetables in the winter. Overall, the Shopper VUs for the Garden Peas SKU obtained 2m+ viewed impressions, 4,921 clicks, and generated a 2.4 ROI.

Shopper VUs for Birdseye Potato Waffles were displayed on a similar number of locations generating over 750k impressions, delivering a 3.9 ROI.

Banners displaying the Omega 3 Fish Fingers could be seen at 350 locations on the site, which were seen by over 3.2m customers. Like the Garden Peas, the Offers page created the most engagement and a 6.7 ROI.

During this integrated campaign, the strongest performances came from the Garden Peas, Potato Waffles, Omega 3 Fish Fingers, and Breaded Chicken Nuggets SKUs. Overall, a worthy investment for Birdseye who received a total of over 12m viewed impressions and 12k+ clicks.
